A painter and printmaker, Gosse was the daughter of Sir Edmund Gosse. A student of Walter Sickert, she exhibited at the New English Art Club in 1911, the Royal Academy in 1912 and at the London Group in 1914. Gosse was a member of the Royal Society of British Artists.
