Sir Terry Frost, RA (1915-2003)

A well-known abstract artist from Cornwall, Frost discovered his vocation whilst a prisoner of war. On his return he enrolled at Camberwell School of Art. During his career he taught at Bath Academy of Arts, Leeds and Reading, but Cornwall was always his home. His work echoes the landscape there and the shapes, forms and colours of the sea.
